Please vote on this gun issue question with USA Today. It will only take a few seconds of your time. Then pass the link on to all the pro gun folks you know. Hopefully these results will be published later this month. This upcoming year will become critical for gun owners with the Supreme Court acceptin g the District of Columbia case against the right for individuals to bear arms.

First - vote on this one.

Second - launch it to other folks and have THEM vote - then we will see if the results get published.

Vote in the USA Today poll - click on the link below.

The Question is:
Does the Second Amendment give individuals the right to bear arms?

The pole must be over, cause I can not get it to work. I did a search on there site and found this.

Most Americans said they have the right to own guns:

The Second Amendment guarantees the right of all Americans to own guns 73%
The Second Amendment applies only to state militias such as the National Guard 20%
No opinion 7%

I don't know what's up. I tired it from here and copy and pasted it in the address bar too and I could not get it to work from here. Strange.

I got it from a buddy a few days ago and you can bet your butt that I voted yes. I don't own a lot of guns, but I definitely plan on keeping the two that I do have. It's my Constitutional right.
