Howdy from middle florida
Well Chuzz is a buddy that I met on another Mopar website, and he asked me to come over here
and throw in my 2 cents.... once in a while, just not too often to show him up!
I am the oldest one on this forum, from the ages that I have seen in the profiles, but don't let that fool you.
Chuzz & I are both new Caliber owners, not that old stuff! I am an ex-squad car buff. My last one was a '95 Caprice 9C1, that was an ex-FBI undercover car. I've been into many marques in my past, but prefer Mopars &
GM products currently. I've had Fords(phlew!), VW's, and several odd-balls amongst the 58 vehicles once owned. My big "hurrah" was an '83 Malibu 9C1, that was featured in Sept.'87 issue of Super Chevy. Have written
many published articles on cars.---- long ago!
My currant playtoy, which is probably my last hurrah as well, is a '94 GMC Sonoma ext.cab pickup, that has had
a transplant----- a '95 LT1 from a Pontiac TransAm. Just added IROC 16" wheels. Next step- new, bigger
brakes, to match the whoa with the go!
Did some "tickling on the Caliber too, but that is my wifes' ride, and I barely get to even see it, let alone
drive it --- unless it needs maintainence service!

Re: Howdy from middle florida
Nice rides! I'm working on a '93 Daytona IROC R/T myself. I'm a (now former) Chrysler employee. I took the latest buyout offer before the ship sinks. I'm going back to school for Nuclear technologies so I can get into the local power plant. (Davis Besse) Only 7 miles away and the future for it looks bright!!
Nice to meet you. Happy motoring.
