Yep...the '58 has a "vee" on the upper grille, with dual headlights, and an open, lower valance with a matching grille...otherwise, both year models are the same...
Mine had a 330 V-8 with the pushbutton automatic, but I'm gonna put a 360 out of a '79 Chrysler 300 in it....

Love the big fins. That will be a nice ride once you get her back on the road. I know where there's either a 55 or 56 Belvedere four door that's in very good shape for sale. I don't know what the dude's asking for it, but if someone's interested, the next time I go by there, I could stop and check it out. It's the typical mid 50's green color that Mopar used so much. I'll try to get some pictures too. I don't have any money is the only reason I haven't checked it out myself.

Re: Rob's (Ghostcruiser) 1957 Plymouth Savoy
I have a 58 Plymouth Savoy tu-door Hardtop that was given to me, I plan to use my 62 413 with a 4 speed in it . It had a 318/ Torque flite which are both bad, but will save them for parts. It was missing the left front spindle so I bought a 59 9-passenger wagon and stripped it for parts, This car goes with my 56 Dodge Royal Lancer 2-door hdtp. The 56 is all origional with a 156,000 miles on it. Looking forward to seeing your 57 ready for the road.

wow
wow, it takes me back to my childhood days! i'd like to thank you for saving a car like this. you seldom see them around the streets these days and kids doesn't know the great looks of past cars. love the sketches too either anyone of them would be best to your restoration build. its also hard to find plymouth parts around my area. do fabricate them yourself? anyway keep it up on the build and updated pics if possible.

Yeah, that's a nice ride. I'd like to see it when it's restored myself.
