visual test

not all do a visual test. the truck doesnt the decal under the hood nor is there any info. written on the door jam. this was a former parks and rec truck.

You should have no problem going with a properly tuned carbed version and going to a testing station that has no visual inspection then. I don't remember the year of your truck, but it can be carbed from about mid '86 and older.

It's illegal to change a vin, but I wont say it aint been done before.

I did want to tell you the truck never passed inspection back two years ago. What are the legal implications with that?

Does not matter how many times it fails. As long as you get it back in tune and it passes this time. What was the reason for it failing in the first place?
