Here's a link to a good article on rebuilding the F,M and J front ends. Very to easy to do. Several kits out there for doing it too or just buy the parts as needed.

There's also a pic showing the two sizes of T bars. Both the smaller std t bar and the larger HD t bar used on the police cars and taxi's along with the high performance cars like the R/T and Road Runners.
