Door problems
The driver side door goes out way too far and sags. The manual window regular stripes or something so I have to hold the window going down, traveling up it works fine. I fixed the lock knob(so I thought). I can lock the door from the inside, but I cant unlock it from the inside. I have to crawl out the other side and use the key to open it from the outside. So I fixed one problem but, now have 2 old problems and one new problem. Might be time for a junkyard door.

Re: Door problems
Correction both doors do not open from the inside. What are my options for parts?

Re: Door problems
Is that power windows?? If so, it's a plastic gear track in the door. Don't skimp and pull a junk yard piece, it wont last 5 min. Get new ones from the dealer if you have to. If all the handles and rods are connected to the door locks, I'd say the locks are worn out and need replacing. Door sags, replace the hinge pin bushings. Wont cost much. You can usually find them in the help section at Advance Auto or zone. If not, any real parts store can order them for you.
Re: Door problems
No these are manual windows and locks. Have to do some welding too. The actual door has pulled from the hinge.

Re: Door problems
David, on this site it shows 10 to be the lock/latch. Is this what I need?

Re: Door problems
Yes. If all of the rods are in place and it wont work properly from inside or out, then you need to replace the lock set that you pointed out.
Re: Door problems
Next question. Does the door come apart in two sections?? How do I remove and replace the manual window regular etc?

Re: Door problems
It does not come apart at all. You have to unbolt it all and bring it up through the space where the window rolls up and down. Once the glass is removed and everything unbolted, there will be room for it, but not much. I'd have to see it, but if you are lucky, on some, after you remove the glass, some can be lowered through a larger hole near the bottom of the door.
Re: Door problems
Eh.. nothing is easy lol!! Ok is it the same deal with the manual window regulator?

Re: Door problems
That was for the manual regulator. If it had power windows, after you took the door panel off, it would take about 5 min. to fix it.
