Looks like Penske will be the only one in a Dodge this year.
They have already tested it in Texas and will have test again at Charlotte in early may and late may in Talledega. What is it that they have and will test? They are going back to the old blade spoiler. 63 in. wide and 4 in high with no contours, just an aluminum blade. So by ;ate April if things are going well we will have something that looks somewhat like a race car again.
