Guess I'd better do an introduction. My name is Don and I'm a car and gun-oholic. I like a types of cars except ricers. I own 4 muscle cars: 1968 Mustang Fastback, 1970 AMC AMX, 1971 Dodge Challenger and a 1972 Chevelle Malibu. 2 Studebakers 1950 Champion 4 door with 400 Chevy, 700R4 Fatman front sub and Mustang II suspension, 1954 Stude pick up stock so far and 1965 Rambler 660 Classic. Last but not least a 1951 Ford F1 "Bobber Truck/Rat Rod". I also have a HD Dyna Fat Bob.

I grew up on a dairy and learned to wrench and drive at a young age from my father who could build anything.

I raced NASCAR street stocks for 12 years and couldn't afford it anymore. So I started collecting Muscle Cars.

I also collect firearms both sporting and military. I am also a member of the NRA!

Good to be here.

Hmmm, a guy after my own heart!!! Fellow Mopar guy, NRA guy and gun guy. I don't have so many muscle cars, but I have a few former military rifles. SKS, 6.5 Swedish Mauser, two French MAS's (both .308 conversions), two Garands, and now a Swiss Schmidt-Rubin K-31. And enough parts to put together more Mauser's, SKS's and Garands.

I'm wrenching on a later model "hot rod" in the form of a '93 Daytona IROC R/T. When finished, I'm expecting about 400HP or so, out of the stock bottomed 2.2. Respectable for a 4 cylinder, I think. I've also got a '72 Satellite Sebring Plus that is probably too far gone to fix. (for me anyway) I've got a '71 Satellite Wagon I want to make an interesting street rod out of, and if not that, turn into a 1/4 pounder. Also have an '87 2WD Ramcharger with a 4.10 corporate 9 1/4" sure gripped rear. Lowered (before I bought it), and would also make for an interesting street cruiser if it weren't for the original 3 spd 727. (need a GearVendors!!!)

My wife drives an '02 Ram Quad Cab with the old tried and true 360, as her daily, and I drive my trusty TJ Wrangler. An '05 Willy's Edition. Has a star and numbers on the hood, Moss green paint, army green fenders and top, with camo interior! Backup rides are a '94 5spd 3.9 Dakota Club cab, an a '95 Neon.

Good to meet you!!

Nice cyber meeting you too! I have a Swedish Muaser made in 1899 all numbers matching and the steel looks like Brand New. They say Swedish steel is the best and I believe it. I have a MAS bolt action with strange shaped bolt, they built some weird stuff like Citroens. Check my thread in the gun collection forum for some of my others.

My sister had an '86 Dodge Shelby Charger (hot rod Omni) that little car was a screamer with that turbo 2.2!!
